01 / EARLY START

Starting with technology.

Aaradhya Gupta began exploring technology in class 7, long before “founder” became a useful way to describe his path. That early curiosity became a habit: understand a problem, build quickly, put the idea in front of real people and learn from the response.

Over time, that habit grew into a broader point of view about young people and technology. Students are not simply an audience for innovation. They are early adopters, operators, organisers and increasingly the people creating the products, communities and cultural signals that brands want to understand.

02 / BUILDING VENTURES

Ideas are better in the real world.

Aaradhya has worked across more than a dozen startup ideas and ventures. Two projects illustrate the practical, student-first character of that work: HostelCrew, a college food-delivery platform, and RailCrew, a project focused on the digitalisation and streamlining of porter services for Indian Railways in connection with IRCTC/CRIS.

HostelCrew launched within 10 days of a college’s inauguration. Within its first three days, the platform generated five-figure revenue — an early proof point for a simple principle: a good student solution has to move at student speed. The project was less about building an app in isolation and more about solving an immediate, on-campus need.

With RailCrew, the lens expanded to everyday public infrastructure and the people who make it work. The project examined how digital workflows could make porter services clearer and more efficient for passengers and workers.

03 / GOOGLE JOURNEY

Representing a generation that is ready now.

Aaradhya was selected among six Google Gemini ambassadors in India, described by CampusCrew as the youngest selected ambassador and the only student selected from North India. His work in this space brought him into conversations around AI, education and the next generation of builders, including meeting Google CEO Sundar Pichai.

He was also selected among the top 10 for a fully funded Google trip to Dubai, where CampusCrew reports he was the youngest selected ambassador and the only student from Uttar Pradesh. These experiences matter not simply as milestones, but as evidence that young student builders can contribute in global rooms — right now, not later.

Google India has also featured Aaradhya in advertising creative on multiple occasions. His work and content have reached large audiences through a mix of on-platform storytelling, community-led campaigns and collaborations.

04 / COMMUNITY AT SCALE

From followers to participation.

Aaradhya’s social presence has grown alongside his building work: 44,000 followers on Instagram and 28,000 on LinkedIn, with content recording more than 10 million combined impressions. One campaign reached more than one million people within 24 hours. Those numbers are useful context, but they are not the point. The goal is participation: people discovering opportunities, sharing useful ideas and showing up for one another.

That philosophy is central to CampusCrew. Founded by Aaradhya, the platform connects more than 500,000 students across 42,000+ schools and colleges in 35+ countries, according to CampusCrew. It brings student communities and organisations together through ambassador programs, events, brand activation, research and opportunity-led campaigns.

In 2026, CampusCrew organised QuizOff, a nationwide AI quiz that recorded over 525,000 participants. The event showed what happens when a subject as consequential as artificial intelligence is made energetic, inclusive and native to student life.

05 / WHAT’S NEXT

Build the bridge.
Keep it open.

Today, Aaradhya’s work spans entrepreneurial projects, community-building, content and brand collaborations. CampusCrew has worked on student-facing programs and activations involving brands such as Google, Canva, Goibibo, Red Bull, IndiGo, Jio and Zapp Chess.

The through-line is clear: make access feel possible. That can mean a better way to get food in a hostel, a chance to participate in an AI quiz, a campus community that sees a brand as useful, or a student who realises that their idea is worth building. CampusCrew is the platform through which that belief keeps expanding.
